Reimagine and animate the street level plaza and the entrance of The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles's downtown Grand Avenue location. The challenges presented are structural, visceral AND experiential. With such a diverse set of objectives, it's fitting that the ArtCenter College of Design and USC school of Architecture combined forces and talent to tackle the bandwidth of challenges. 

The new MOCA visitor's experience delivers 1) A logical and flowing transition between museum spaces; 2) Comfortable areas to enjoy a range of activities, and Intimacy in a public space.
