↓ Little People Garden

This project was developed for a one day event at 110 Mallorca - 12 creatives came along together with their latest experimentations in the form of physical products that perform + interact with its space and people.

At the event I crafted additional little figures based on people's story about what their daily activity looks like in nature, and people could pick and choose to make their own garden- where the 16-story-tall flower lives.

↓ Scratcha

Products we use these days in daily basis are nothing special when they are actually being made in mass production factories. The cup I use might exactly be the same as the one that next door’s Mike is using. Yet, mine has my history and Mike’s shall has his.

Scratches and/or worn outs are often considered as something that shouldn’t have happened- so to be repaired. What if the scars of history can be part of the products? Scratcha is a furniture line concept that is for both the cats and its owner to build their own story together day by day.

↓ Day Bed

What does it mean to charge? The concept for wireless charger to give time to the phones (which we bother the whole day) to be refreshed and to take some time off. 

↓ Sorry Boat

One day I was driving by the LA river, and I literally felt like to say "I am sorry" because it was just after I read this article that compared the year of 1933 and now. LA river is paved over in 1938 and now parts of the river are unpaved back. After a bit of research I understood the need of pavement back in time, but the visual of LA river stayed me for a while, led me to think of the relationship between people and nature. I believe that design has power to raise questions and to start conversation, and this concept is the conceptual result of how can design make this kind of 'hot' subjects (like climate change) be felt more friendly.
