I have been exploring the abstract shapes in 2D composition with acrylic painting, and it became a kind of meditation for myself. Whenever I feel overwhelmed from work or life, I zone out with the strokes of paint playing with simple shapes. Then I found myself naturally thinking what they can be in 3D world.

I noticed it is the shape of pebbles that relaxes my mind. The collection is a celebration of the kind, generous curvature of the pebbles, which I referenced from traditional asian products. As a Korean designer who lived long in the states, I find beauty when the cultures mix just enough.
